Sometimes a customer purchases a building through a Rent-to-Own program, but circumstances change and they are no longer able to keep it. When that happens, the finance company takes possession of the building and returns it to one of our locations to be resold.Many of our repo buildings are very lightly used, and some are practically like new. In fact, we often receive buildings back within the same year they were originally manufactured.Because these buildings have been previously placed with a customer, they are typically offered at a significant savings compared to buying the same building new. Pricing is based on the age, condition, and features of each individual building.If you don’t mind a building that’s been previously owned, a repo can be an excellent way to get more building for your money.
