Sometimes, during loading, transportation, delivery, or display, a new building may pick up a small scratch, dent, or other minor cosmetic blemish.Rather than transport the building all the way back to the manufacturing plant for a minor repair, manufacturers and dealers offer these buildings at reduced Scratch & Dent prices. That’s great news for you. You can save money on a new building simply because it has a minor cosmetic imperfection. These buildings offer the same great functionality, just at a better price.
Minor blemishes. Major savings.
